Privacy & cookies
ScreenLab is operated by Space-Node. Our display tests work without an account, and you can use them without accepting analytics cookies. Updated 18 September 2026.
Who to contact

Display tests and local preferences
Test patterns and calculations run in your browser. ScreenLab does not upload your test scores, checklist notes or screen-test results to a ScreenLab account or results database. Your browser may expose display dimensions, pixel ratio, animation timing and supported colour features to a test; these are estimates or capabilities, not access to your physical panel.
Local storage remembers your theme, analytics preference and monitor checklist on this device. You can clear these using your browser’s site-data controls. The checklist has its own reset button. These settings are not sent to an advertising service.
Technical requests and security
When you visit, the hosting server and Cloudflare process technical request information, such as IP address, page address, time, browser headers and security signals, to deliver and protect the site. Network providers may retain security and access logs under their own retention settings. This processing supports the legitimate interest of operating a reliable and secure website.
Optional analytics
With your permission, Google Analytics receives usage information such as page views, browser/device characteristics and referral information. Its cookies can distinguish visits. The analytics script does not load before you choose “Allow analytics”. Declining does not disable the tests. Google signals and advertising personalisation features are disabled in our analytics configuration.
Use “Analytics preferences” at the bottom of any page to change your choice. Rejecting stops analytics in the current page and removes the first-party Google Analytics cookies this site can access. Information already received by Google is not retroactively removed by withdrawing consent.
Advertising
ScreenLab is supported by advertising when it is available. Google and its advertising partners may process identifiers, cookies, IP addresses and interactions for ad delivery, fraud prevention and measurement, and for personalised advertising where consent permits. In regions requiring an advertising consent message, choices are collected through Google’s consent management platform, separately from our analytics choice.
Our ad units wait for the consent platform to return an applicable consent decision. If the platform is unavailable or the required consent is missing, these ad units stay off. Where available, use “Advertising privacy choices” in the footer to revisit your decision.
Read how Google uses information from partner sites, Google’s privacy policy and Cloudflare’s privacy policy for their processing, storage and international-transfer arrangements.
Messages and your rights
If you email Space-Node, we receive your address and the information you provide to respond to your request. Avoid including sensitive information that is not needed to explain the problem.
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, object to relevant processing, or withdraw consent. Contact us at the address above; include enough information to identify your request. You may also complain to your local data protection authority, including the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
